If you withdraw from your purchase within the 14-day withdrawal period and in accordance with our return instructions, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (if applicable), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.

The reimbursement will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
