Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with SISÓNE. We hope you are pleased with your purchase, but if you are not, here is the information you need to begin a return.

At SISÓNE BEAUTY, we comply fully with EU consumer protection legislation. The following policy applies to customers within the European Union (EU/EEA).

1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party designated by you) receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing (email or contact form) before the 14-day period expires.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days after notifying us.

  • Products must be in original condition.

  • Original packaging, seals, and accessories must be included.

  • Products must not show excessive use beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and function.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or unsealed skincare or cosmetic products may not be eligible for return unless defective, in accordance with EU law.

3. Free Return Shipping

SISÓNE BEAUTY offers free return shipping for eligible returns within the 14-day withdrawal period.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product at no cost to you.

4. Refunds

If you withdraw from your purchase:

  • We will refund the full purchase price.

  • We will also refund the standard delivery cost paid at checkout (if applicable).

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or received proof that the goods have been sent back.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

Please note that additional costs resulting from selecting a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered will not be reimbursed.

5. No Restocking Fees

SISÓNE BEAUTY does not charge any restocking fees for eligible returns made within the withdrawal period.

6. Final Sale Items

Certain collections or products marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return.

These items will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase. Returns cannot be requested for products designated as Final Sale, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

7. Diminished Value

If a returned product shows handling beyond what is necessary to establish its characteristics and function, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount to reflect any diminished value, in accordance with EU law.
